Wrong display of dates in calendar for some timezones

Current Situation

• Dates that are specified with the calendar function are displayed -1 day.
• How to reproduce:
  • set your computer to the Buenos Aires timezone (UTC-5)
  • Display the list of National Holidays
  • As a result all indicated dates are displayed -1 day.
• This problem is not restricted to National Holidays but occurs e.g. when selecting individual dates.

Desired Behavior

• Calendar functions should consider the timezone.
• Calendar dates, e.g. National Holidays, should be displayed for the correct dates.
