Show subfolder when clicking a folder in the tree view

Current Situation

• If a user clicks on a folder in the tree then the contents of this folder is displayed (which is fine).
• In order to verify any subfolders the user has to click the "arrow down" symbol.
• This requires two clicks to verify the contents of the current folder and to check for subfolders.

Desired Behavior

• Clicking a folder in the tree
  • displays the objects contained in that folder (unchanged behavior)
  • display the first level of subfolders with the tree.
