JOC Cockpit should remember the log view window position

Current Situation

• When a log view window is opened from the Job Chains view then JOC Cockpit remembers the size and position of that window.
• In fact the window position is moved in south-east direction with each new log view window being opened.

Desired Behavior

• A log view window should open precisely with the position that the last log view window was using when being closed.
