Provide API for site specific Dashboard custom widgets

Current Situation

• The JOC Cockpit Dashboard offers a number of widgets that users can select or deselect.

Desired Behavior

• Users would like to create their own widgets that use the JOC Cockpit REST Web Services.
• This includes that the API
  • provides the authentication context (session token)
  • provides standards for use of colors within the chosen theme
  • provides control of the widget area but not more. Impacts on existing widgets should be excluded.
• Custom widgets should be deployable with the JOC Cockpit. They can be deployed with a mechanism similar to the existing patching feature.
