Reloading logs should overwrite existing content

Current Situation

• The operation to reload a log from the log view window has been introduced with JOC-454.
• Howver, a reloaded log is appended to log content in the log view window, i.e. the log content appears twice after reloading

Desired Behavior

• Existing content in the log view window should be overwritten when reloading logs
