The permission sos:products:joc_cockpit:yade:view:transfers should be removed

Current Situation

The default business_user role has the following permission:

• sos:products:joc_cockpit:yade:view:status
  However a user with this role can only see file transfer information when they are given the following additional permission:
• sos:products:joc_cockpit:yade:view:transfers

The ...yade:view:status permission has currently no function.

Desired Behaviour

• The ...yade:view:status permission should take over the function currently carried out by the ...yade:view:transfers permission. The reasoning behind this is that every other function in the JOC Cockpit has a ...view:status permission - i.e. it is an expected standard feature.
• The ...yade:view:transfers permission should be removed.

These changes will mean that the a user with the business_user role will be able to see the transfers but not be able to execute any transfer.
