The "Edit Calendar" dialog remains open if an error occurs during the submit

Current Situation

The "Edit Calendar" dialog closes if the submit button is clicked even
an error occurs such as

• the user doesn't have access to the folder which was entered in the calendar path
• the calendar is renamed to a calendar which already exists

Desired Behavior

The "Edit Calendar" dialog remains open if the submit button is clicked and the web service ./calendar/store returns HTTP code 420 or 403.
