FileTransfers View doesn´t show items with missing end date when using filter Today

Current Situation
e.g. When a Task of a YADE Job is killed no end date is set in the DB.
The web service for the File Transfers View with the filter Today has fromDate=0d and endDate=0d set in the request and does not deliver items in the response which have no end date set in the DB.

Desired Behavior
The web service has to check only the start date of the transfer.

Further Explanation

• An end date in the request only means that the requested time range ends on that given end date.
• It does not mean that the transfer ended then, e.g. a transfer that is started today and is still running is incomplete and should be shown also.
