Dashboard drag and drop position and customization

Current Situation

• Widgets are positioned with arbitrary vertical distances that cannot be controlled
• If the widgets are spread to the length of the screen and exceed the currently visible screen then I cannot scroll down to the screen to drag the widget and drop it to a position further to the top of the screen. Scrolling is automatically reverted, i.e. the user finds itself automatically at the top of the screen and cannot drag a widget from the bottom of the screen by scrolling.
• Using the “default layout” via profile settings does not restore the original layout. In fact all widgets are then present, however, the vertical distances between widgets make the screen unusable. Currently the only option seems to be to completely remove the profile from the database.
