Switch defaults from Card View to List View

Current Situation

• For views that allow a card view mode and a list view mode by default the card view is used.
• Users can modify the default with their profile.
• The card view shows less information than the list view and consumes more space on a screen. Therefore users prefer to use list view mode.

Desired Behavior

• The default view mode should be changed to "list view".
