Some images are not displayed with IE browser

Current Situation

1. For some environments with the IE browser the JOC Cockpit does not show all images.
   • Refer to ie_images_missing.png
   • This seems not to occur with all IE versions, see ie_images_missing_working_ie_version.png
2. For a current IE version 11.674.15063.0 the Master widget in the Dashboard view is not displayed.
   • Refer to ie_master_widget_missing.png

Desired Behavior

1. All images should be visible with IE
2. The Master widget should be visible with IE
