Web services use always the active cluster member in a passive cluster

    Description

      Current Situation

      • We assume that we have a Passive Cluster.
      • JOC Cockpit web services send information from the active Cluster member after the login.
      • If the Cluster member which is active is changed then you have to login again to provide that JOC Cockpit web services send information from the new active Cluster member.

      Desired Behavior

      • If the Cluster member which is active is changed then JOC Cockpit web services should send information from the new active Cluster member without a login is necessary.
      • A new event CurrentJobSchedulerChanged is created:
