The Audit Log Tab of the Job Chains View is not updated in time when an Order is started

Current Situation

• The Audit Log Tab of the Job Chains view is not updated in good time when an Order is started with Add Order or Start Order Now operations.
• The Audit Log Tab is updated after switching views and returning to the Audit Log view.

Desired Behaviour

• The Audit Log Tab of the Job Chains view should be updated within a reasonable time of an Order being started. A reasonable time would be less than 5 seconds.
