    Description

      Current Situation

The Cleanup Service is configured to remove Daily Plan history data based on the configured retention period.

The cleanup logs indicate that the cleanup process is running and removing data. However, database checks show that historical entries older than the configured retention period can remain in the following Daily Plan history-related tables:

      • DPL_HISTORY
      • DPL_ORDERS
      • DPL_ORDER_VARIABLES

This indicates that the cleanup is being performed, but not all related historical records are removed consistently.

      Desired Behavior

The Cleanup Service should consistently remove Daily Plan history data from DPL_HISTORY, DPL_ORDERS, and DPL_ORDER_VARIABLES when the data is older than the configured retention period.

      Test Instructions

      • Perform the tests using MySQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
