Daily plan service ensures that the maximum request limit of 8 MB is not exceeded when adding orders

Current Situation

The request size for adding orders in the dailyplan has a limit of 8M with the daily plan setting "Submit Orders Individually"==true and you get the message in the service-dailyplan.log:

HTTP 413 Content Too Large: POST http://xxx/controller/api/command => The request content was malformed:⏎EntityStreamSizeException: incoming entity size (8502962) exceeded size limit (8388608 bytes)! ...

Desired Behavior

Daily plan service ensures that the maximum request limit of 8 MB is not exceeded during adding orders.
