Deployment History should consider relocation of workflows

Current Situation

• Inventory objects such as workflows can be relocated (renamed) without being redeployed.
• While there is a unique object in the Inventory and Controller the Deployment History offers the same object from its previous location and current location in the Workflows view. Both objects point to the same object location in the Inventory (and Controller).
• The problem is introduced with JOC-2174 that does not consider that relocated objects will not change deplyoment date. Instead, after relocation a number of objects with the same deployment date are available and are displayed with the Workflows view.

Desired Behavior

• The Deployment History should consider exclusively the latest location of an object.
• No object should be displayed twice.
