Add context videos to JOC Cockpit GUI

Current Situation

• The JOC Cockpit offers an overwhelming number of features and options that
  • represent a learning curve for new users.
  • are intended for experienced users performing complex tasks.

Desired Behavior

• To simplfy working with the GUI for our users, a number of Context Videos are created.
  • Context Videos apply to actions and popup-windows, for example:
    • The action to add an order offers the related popup-window in the Workflows view.
    • In "Fewer Options" mode, the popup-window offers no input fields, See JOC-2209. In this situation no video is needed.
    • In "More Options" mode, the popup-window offers a number of input fields that are explained from the Context Video.
• When a Context Video is available, then it can be played by htting a video icon. The video is displayed inside the GUI application (iframe).
• Videos are made available in the following descending order of priorities:
  • Workflows view: add order
  • Inventory view: deploy, release, revoke, recall, remove, export
