Disable/enable JOC Cockpit features

Current Situation

• JOC Cockpit offers an overwhelming number of features that
  • are not needed by all users.
  • cause cognitive load from filling up the screen with additional menu items and display of objects.

Desired Behavior

• The user profile is added a section for enabling / disabling features:
  • Tagging
  • Approval Requests
• When a feature is disabled, then any occurrence of settings, actions, objects related to the feature is hidden:
  • When Tagging is disabled, then
    • no tab for "Workflow Tags" or "Order Tags" is displayed in any of Intventory view, Orders Overview view, Daily Plan view, History view,
    • settings for tags are not visible in the Settings page,
    • the Property Editor for Workflows does not offer to "Manage Tags",
    • in the Inventory view the "Tag Groups" button and any menu items related to tags are hidden.
  • When Approval Requests are disabled, then
    • The related menu items in the administrative menu are hidden.
    • Related settings in the Settings page are hidden.
