Process classes view should trigger JobStateChanged events to update the view

Current Situation

The ./events api responses a JobStateChanged event which indicates that the list of processes in one of the process classes must be changed but the process classes view is not updated.

Desired Behavior

If the ./events api responses a JobStateChanged event then the volatile information of the current process classes view has to be updated with ./process_classes api.
