Current Controller checkbox does not apply Controller-specific filtering for Order Notifications.

Current Situation:

• Two Controllers with different Controller IDs are connected to a single JOC Cockpit. Both Controllers have Order Notification entries.
• When the "Current Controller" checkbox is checked or unchecked, the Notification entries are not filtered correctly based on the selected Controller.

Steps to reproduce :

• Navigate to the Monitor view
• Open the Order Notifications sub-tab
• Observe that notification entries for orders are displayed
• Check or uncheck the "Current Controller" checkbox
• The entries are not filtered correctly.

Desired Behaviour:{}

• Notification entries should be properly filtered according to the state of the "Current Controller" checkbox.
