Incorrect Handling of Relative Dates in "Completed After/Before" Filters

Current Behavior:

When a relative date is manually entered into the "Completed after" or "Completed before" filters in the Advanced Search of the History view, the system produces unexpected results. For example, entering a relative date may resolve incorrectly to a value such as: Tue Mar 10 2026 00:00:00 GMT+0530 (India Standard Time)

Desired Behavior:

When a relative date is manually entered into the "Completed after" or "Completed before" filters in the Advanced Search of the History view, the system should correctly interpret and resolve the relative date into the appropriate date and time range.
