Duplicate Daily Plan orders when changing Schedule from Repeat to Single Start

Current Situation:

• When a Schedule is changed from Repeat to Single Start and released, the Daily Plan creates both old and new orders. Order cancellation fails initially due to timing/permission issues, so old scheduled orders are not removed from JOC.

Desired Behavior:

• After changing the Schedule to Single Start, all previously planned Repeat orders should be removed. The Daily Plan should show only valid current orders, even if controller cancellation is delayed.

Reproduce Steps:

1. Create and deploy a Workflow with Repeat schedule. 
2. Change Schedule to Single Start and release. 
3. Observe both Repeat and Single Start orders in Daily Plan.
