Schedule Moves to Draft State When Runtime Option Is Opened Without Configuration Changes

Current Situation:

• Schedule objects transition to the Draft state when the Runtime option is opened and closed, even though no configuration changes are made.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Create a schedule.
• Add a workflow, calendar, and period, then release the schedule.
• Open the Runtime option for the released schedule and close it without making any changes.
• Observe that the schedule moves back to the Draft state.
