Add “None” Option to the State Filter in Daily Plan Advanced Filter

Current Situation:

• In the Daily Plan tab, the Advanced filter option includes a State option with three radio buttons - Planned, Submitted, and Finished.
• When the Advanced Filter is opened for the first time, none of these options are selected. However, once an option is selected, it cannot be deselected.
  This forces the filter to remain applied until the user clicks the Cancel button to clear all selected entries.

Desired Behavior:

• The State filter in the Advanced Filter of the Daily Plan view should include a “None” option (radio button), allowing users to clear the selected state and remove state-based filtering when needed.
