Restore Action Ignores Selected Workflows in Trash

Current Situation:

When restoring one or more workflows from the trash by selecting checkboxes, all workflows in the trash are restored, regardless of the selection.

Desired Behavior:

Only the selected workflows should be restored when the "Restore" button is clicked. Workflows that are not selected should remain in the trash.
