The "From" and "Count" Fields Should Not Accept Negative Values

Current Situation:
Users can enter negative values in the "From" and "Count" fields when the report period is set to "Calculated" in the report configuration.

Desired Behavior:
The "From" and "Count" fields should only accept positive values.
