The "From" and "Count" Report configuration input fields should not accept negative values

Current Situation:
Users can enter negative values in the "From" and "Count" input fields of a Report configuration if the report period is set to "Calculated".

Desired Behavior:
The "From" and "Count" Report configuration fields should accept positive values only.

Maintainer Notes:
The issue is dismissed as negative values indicate a previous period in time. For example, specifying "-1y" via the API refers to the previous year. Users can provide values such as -1, 1, -1y, or -1m for both the "From" and "Count" parameters.
