changing folder name from capital/lower to lower/capital case doesn't refresh JOC

Current Situation

When changing a folders name by capital/lower to lower/capital the change is not reflected in JOC.

Example
Changing from abcd to Abcd still shows abcd in the tree. When clicking the node no elements are shown.

Desired Behaviour

When changing a folders name by capital/lower to lower/capital the change should be reflected in JOC.
