When a User Account is Selected and a new Role Created then that Role should be assigned to the Account

    Description

      Current Situation

      In the Manage Accounts view, in the Masters Tab:

      • When a User Account is active/selected and therefore shown in the Account Button and then deselected in the Account button list:
        • "No role assigned to selected user" is shown. This message is wrong as no user is currently selected
      • When a User Account is active/selected and therefore shown in the Account Button and then Create Role is clicked:
        • the new Role is created but not allocated to any User Accounts.
      Desired Behaviour

      In the Manage Accounts view, in the Masters Tab:

      • When a User Account is active/selected and therefore shown in the Account Button and then deselected in the Account button list:
        • then the default Masters View with all Masters should be shown
      • When a User Account is active/selected and therefore shown in the Account Button and then Create Role is clicked, then:
        • the new Role should be automatically assigned to the selected User Account
        • the new Role should be automatically added to the list of Roles shown in the tab for the selected User Account for the Master that has was specified when creating the Role
