    Description

      Current Situation

      • JS7 products such as Agent, Controller and JOC Cockpit create a number of individual log files. Log files are rotated and log files are removed within a configurable scope (period, size).
      • To access log files users have to have access to the related server that hosts the JS7 product. As past log files are zipped, users have to unzip before reading. This causes some challenge when analyzing log files for longer periods.

      Desired Behavior

      • The JOC Cockpit offers access to Controller and Agent log files.
      • Log files can be downloaded and log files can be visizalized in a log view window.
        • The log view window provides a running log that is constantly feeded from log output in near real-time.
      • Access is provided to the current log file and to previous log files available with the Controller and Agents.
        • The JOC Cockpit displays the list of available log files including compressed log files that have been subject to log rotation.
