Display enabled/disabled Agent status with Dashbord and Resources view

Current Situation

• Agents can be disabled to prevent execution of instructions and jobs for the given Agent.
• The information about the enabled/disabled status of Agent is visible from the "Manage Controllers/Agents" page.

Desired Behavior

• Users would like to find the information about enabled/disabled Agents
  • from the Dashboard view: the green pie of connected Agents should use
    • the existing green color for enabled Agents
    • a light green color for disabled Agents
    • the number of enabled/disabled Agents should be visible
  • from the Resources view: a column is introduced that displays the enabled/disabled status
