Ad Hoc orders and file orders should not allow the operation "Show Configuration"

Curent Situation

• For an Ad Hoc order the operation "Show Configuation" from the context menu is not available.
• For a file order the operation "Show Configuration" is available, however, it results in an exception "no configuration found".

Desired Behavior

• The operation "Show Configuration" should not be available for file orders. The handling should correspond to Ad Hoc orders.
• The "Show Configuration" function is available for permanent orders only.
