It should be possible to clone an order in the Workflows view

Current Situation

In the Workflows view, it is possible to add an order to a workflow ad hoc. The start time is set individually.

The following can be selected as a template for the values of the variables

• A schedule can be selected
• An order that has already been run can be used (Copy Arguments).

It is not possible to create a copy of an order in the "pending" or "scheduled" state.

Desired Behavior

The new "Clone Order" function is available for orders with the "pending" and "scheduled" state.

• A copy of the order is created as an ad hoc order.
• The pop-up window "Add New Order to workflow" is displayed.
• The default start time is "Now"
• The values of the order variables are displayed and can be changed
• A new order is added to the workflow on submit.
