The scheduled date of a cyclic order can be changed using the "modify start time" operation

Current Situation

• Users can modify the period of a cylic order from Daily Plan view and from the Orders Overview view, including
  • start time
  • end time
  • repeat interval
• Users cannot modify the scheduled date.

Desired Behavior

• If a single cyclic order is modified, then the scheduled date can be modified.
