Dashboard Daily Plan widget displays incorrect data

Current Situation

• The JOC Cockpit DASHBOARD->Daily Plan widget shows the number of Planned, Submitted and Finished orders for Today or the Next day.
• The data displayed is incorrect as the data returned is not just for the selected day period, but for the period that started with the selected day, and it also shows many more orders than are actually specified for that day.

Desired Behaviour

• The JOC Cockpit DASHBOARD->Daily Plan widget should display the correct data for the respective day.
