Order names should not exceed the limit of 30 characters

Current Behavior:

• In the Schedules, the "Add Order Template" action menu can contain more than to 30 characters in Order Name, while entering the characters through the "Edit JSON" action menu.

Desired Behavior:

• In the Schedules, the "Add Order Template" action menu can hold maximum 30 characters in Order Name, while entering the characters through the "Edit JSON" action menu.
