Signature Key Management - API Improvements

Current Situation

• it is not possible to reset the CA for Signature Key Management.
• it is not possible to delete a key/certificate pair.
• it is not possible to customize the DN when generating a new private key with a self signed certificate.
• it is not possible for a user to decide if the CA from the SSL Key Management should be used for signature key generation or to use a self signed key/certitifcate.
  • At the moment, if the CA in SSL Key Management is set, self signed certificates won´t be generated anymore. Keys/certificates will be automatically generated and signed by the SSL CA only. The user cannot decide otherwise.

Desired Behavior

• Provide a new API to delete the CA of Signature Key Management from a profile to be able to make a decision between using a CA signed key/certificate or using a self signed key/certificate.
• Provide a new API to delete a previously assigned key/certificate from a profile.
• Update the ./profile/key/generate API to specify DN credentials
