Add setting to omit display of path in views

Current Situation

• A number of JOC Cockpit views display the related object and its path including folders and sub-folders:
  • Workflows view
  • Daily Plan view
  • Resources->Calendars sub-view
  • Resources->Resource Locks sub-view
  • Resources->Notice Boards sub-view
• For some users the path is not relevant as object names are unique in JS7.

Desired Behavior

• Add a Boolean setting display_folders_in_views to the Settings view. The default value true specifies unchanged behavior.
• When applying the value false then in the above views the object name only is displayed and the path is omitted.
