The Agent Cluster status should not be displayed as an error if no cluster is configured

    Description

      Current Situation

      A Primary Director Agent P1 is configured with some Subagents for the Agent Cluster C1.
      P1 does not use a Secondary Director Agent.

      In the Resources->Agents view C1 is displayed with the column "Cluster Status" holding the error message "Empty".

      Desired Behavior

      When a Primary Director Agent P1 is not clustered then the column "Cluster Status" in the Resources->Agents view should be empty.
