Handling arguments - increasing the maximum allowed size

Current Situation

• The following tables are used to store the arguments in a database (the maximum allowed populated size is 2000 characters):
  • DPL_ORDER_VARIABLES.VARIABLE_VALUE
  • HISTORY_ORDERS.START_VARIABLES
  • HISTORY_ORDER_STEPS.START_VARIABLES
  • MON_ORDERS.START_VARIABLES
  • MON_ORDER_STEPS.START_VARIABLES

Desired Behaviour

• The maximum allowed size should be increased to accept the character large objects (CLOBs).
