Job Template reference should be considered after rename operation

Current Situation

• When renaming a Job Template then the "Update Jobs" button in the Configuration view for Job Templates does not offer the list of related workflows.
• This happens for deployed workflows. This does not happen for draft workflows.

Desired Behavior

• The rename operation should consider Job Template references of deployed workflows too.

Workaround

• The Operation to "Update from Job Templates" is available from an individual workflow's action menu and from folder levels in the tree of the Configuration view.
