Constraint violation when storing to the table INV_OPERATING_SYSTEMS

Current Situation

• When saving a record to the INV_OPERATING_SYSTEMS table, a constraint violation may occur.
• This problem occurs infrequently.
• Users can ignore this error, logout from JOC Cockpit and login again.

Desired Behaviour

• A constraint violation should be avoided.
• A possible error should be caught during the transaction.

Patch

• Download the patch for recent releases 2.5.4 and 2.6.1 available for Linux and Windows.
