Add filter for state duration to Orders Overview

Feature

• The Orders Overview view can currently be used to select orders by state and to perform operations on orders, such as cancelling, from the result list individually or from a bulk operation.
• The functionality is extended by a filter that specifies a period of time since when the orders are in their state.
  • Users can specify the period from absolute dates and from relative dates, for example 1d (one day), 1h (one hour), 1m (1 minute)
  • Relative dates can be specified from .. to.
  • Relative dates can be specified for .. to only which translates to searching for orders that hold the given state for the indicated period or longer.
  • Users can apply the existing “cancel” operation on resulting orders.
