Make Links available from Markdown syntax in titles of jobs and workflows

Current Situation

• Users can make use of the job documentation feature to add their documentation to any scheduling object.
• Some users prefer to store the job documentation externally and to use a link to reference such locations.
• This can be achieved by adding a link to a job documentation, however, it requires a number of steps to add such a documetation.

Desired Behavior

• The "title" field of jobs and workflows should be used for links to the documentation:
  • Links can be mixed with text of a title
  • Links are specified using Markdown syntax, for example: [Job Documentation](https://js7.sh)
• The title of any job should be displayed with the Workflows view.
