ExpectNotices Expression should not be limited to 255 characters

Current Situation

• The ExpectNotices Expression used by Expect- and ConsumeNotices is currently limited to 255 characters.

Desired Behaviour

• The ExpectNotices Expression should not have any length limitation.

Patch

• Patches for each security level are available for Release 2.5.3.
