Add order summary to Workflows View

Current Situation

• The JS1 (branch 1.13) offers order summary information from the Job Chains view.
• No such summary is available for the Workflows view in JS7.

Desired Behavior

• Users would like to find the order summary information in the Workflows view that reflects order states in the workflows currently displayed.
• This includes to display the summary of available order states
  • similar to the scope of order states that we find in the Dashboard view from the Orders widget. The layout in the Workflows view will be different as the information is displayed in a single row.
  • for any workflows displayed in the Workflows view:
    • users can select a folder from the tree panel to find the order summary displayed for the given folder.
    • users can select a folder and any sub-folders (using the "chevron down" icon) to display any workflows in the folder hierarchy.
• This excludes to adjust the order summary if users filter the workflows displayed
  • by adding a string to the "Filter results" input field.
  • by using the "Advanced Filter"
