Allow access to the task history for jobs in the Workflows view

Current Situation

• Users of JS1 (branch 1.13) can use the Jobs View to access the task history of a specific job.
• Users of JS7 use the Workflows View that displays the task history on a per workflow basis, This includes to display task history entries for all jobs in a workflow.

Desired Behavior

• In the Workflows View users would like to have a "Job History" sub-view (in parallel to the existing Workflow History and Task History sub-views) that is populated when clicking the job name or using the respective action menu item for the related job.
