Clicking the deploy button should make all changes valid

Current Situation

When changing a script and then clicking the Deploy button the workflow is displayed as "deployed" and the changes are not deployed.

Desired Behavior

When changing a script and then clicking the Deploy button the workflow should be displayed as "not deployed" and the changes should be deployed.
