Remove Daily Plan date from /daily_plan/orders/submit resource

Current Situation

In the daily plan view are planned orders and submitted orders. When a planned order is submitted to the controller an exception is thrown.

Desired Behavior

It should be possible to submit planned orders in the daily plan view.
