Workflow states to be "not deployed" if AddOrder instruction is used

Current Situation

• When using an AddOrder instruction with Arguments, after deploying the workflow, the workflow becomes not deployed when clicking on the AddOrder Instruction.

Steps to reproduce:

• Create one workflow with variables and AddOrder instruction.
• After deploying, when AddOrder instruction is clicked, the workflow turns to be not deployed.

Desired

• The workflow should remain in the deployed status even after clicking the AddOrder instruction.
